Ask your child how he or she is doing on:
2. AR points
3. AR reading level
4. iReady lessons
As a school, we are committed to the AR and iReady programs. During parent conferences, ask your child’s teacher how your child is doing and how you can support our efforts.
PARENT INVOLVEMENT OPPORTUNITIES
We have many opportunities for parents to get involved in their child's education. We look forward to seeing you here at the school.
We have our Flag Assemblies on the first Wednesday of every month. All parents are welcome to join us as we come together as a school to celebrate student success and demonstrate school spirit.
Informal Parent Meetings
Basic Computer Classes
They provide emergency food, clothing, resource assistance and educational programs to families in need during times of crisis. You can contact them at www.shepsherdspantry.com. Their address is 657 E. Arrow Highway, Suite J., Glendora, CA 91740. You can also leave them a message at 626-852-7630. If you are able to donate food, clothes, etc., they welcome donations too.
We can always use help at the school. We need help with the Drop Off Zone, library and in classrooms. Also, please take a look at our monthly calendar to see activities we have planned. We need a lot of parent support for these events. Without parents' help, we will not be able to do all the fun-filled activities students look forward to. Call Janet at 626-338-4019 to sign up if you are able help with any or all of the events. Thank you!
Parents, please speak to your children regarding the use of classroom and library books. Many books are being returned damaged by water, scribbles, ripped, etc.
